With the Establishment of the Electronic Commerce Contract:
- Your identity information (name surname, date/place of birth, ID number)
- Your contact information (full address, e-mail address, phone number)
- If you request an invoice, your information (ID number, Tax Identification Number, Tax Office)
- If you make a payment by credit card, your information is processed to be sent to the payment institution
- If the payment method is chosen as wire transfer, your bank IBAN and related bank information
If You Are a User:
- Your username and password assigned to you
- Records of services provided by our company (demand and complaint management)
- Records created with the form taken regarding your complaints
- Information of your customers generated only for the purpose of storage and system use without determining the purposes and means of processing by UFS within the framework of the electronic commerce system we provide
- Your contact information processed for sending commercial messages sent to you to benefit from our opportunities and campaigns because you are a tradesperson or merchant
To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data can be shared with domestic or foreign solution partner organizations, cloud companies for data storage, payment intermediaries providing payment technologies, banks we have agreements with, agencies, advertising, and marketing companies for promotional, advertising, and electronic message activities, legal, financial and tax advisors, and other third parties and business partners with whom we cooperate directly or indirectly within the scope of our company's activities. • To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
