During commercial transactions and consumer transactions with Uğurlu Finisaj Sistemleri (“UFS”) (purchase and sale contracts, invoicing, product delivery, product returns, the transmission of complaints and requests, and all other transactions), some personal information may be requested from you or obtained during the continuation of the relationship to provide better service, improve communication with you, and understand your needs and interests. Your personal data, collected with sufficient information and your consent, are used and, when necessary, transferred to third parties and/or organizations.
Personal data stored in printed and/or wet-signed forms or electronically recorded, including Identity Information (name, surname, gender, age), Contact Information (address, phone, email), Financial Information such as invoice information, credit card or bank details, other information arising from commercial or consumer contracts, educational information, photographs, and, without limitation, special categories of personal data (excluding health and sexual life information of the data subject; sensitive personal data such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, attire, association, foundation, or union membership, criminal conviction and security measures, biometric and genetic data) as specified in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, are considered personal data.
All personal data mentioned in the above documents are processed within the scope of the commercial relationship or consumer contracts, fulfilling the obligations arising from the Law on the Protection of Consumers, establishing distance sales contracts, identifying the preferences of consumers or traders, providing better service in this regard, delivering and returning purchased products within the scope of the purchase and sale contracts, evaluating and resolving all requests and complaints, providing feedback when necessary, meeting customer demands, fulfilling invoice and payment transactions, delivering products suitable for the physical characteristics of the relevant persons, providing installment opportunities, and, without limitation, making necessary legal notifications to Tax Offices, Courts, and other institutions, transferring phone and address information to carrier companies for product delivery and return, communicating via email between parties, and for such purposes before, during, or after the relationship between parties.
All this personal data is processed within the purposes specified above and may be used internally by the Company, as well as shared with our business partners, group companies, affiliated offices, performance assistants, and affiliates, business partners, and other necessary persons, institutions, and organizations (especially manufacturers, suppliers, and manufacturing companies and transport/cargo companies) domestically and abroad. Your personal data is shared with these third parties only to perform transactions on behalf of our company, with all necessary measures taken to ensure data security.
Your collected personal data is processed lawfully and in good faith, accurately and, when necessary, kept up to date, processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, limited and measured in connection with the purposes for which they are processed, and not used for activities other than those specified in this consent form.
Your personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary for the purposes specified in this declaration and consent approval form and/or additional information provided with your consent in the future, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
We remind you that you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, and request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data and other rights specified in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
